Today, we’re going to explore the most valuable benefits of both financial and non-financial aspects of real estate investing. Let’s get started!”

But, Before we begin, I want to share something very personal with you all. To me, the advantages of real estate investing isn’t just about the money. Maybe you’re someone like me, after watching this video who might feel the same way as I do, so I’d like to share that first.

Sure, the financial rewards are the foundation and it’s absolutely great, but what truly drives me is the passion and enjoyment I find in this field. Every property I work on, every transformation that I have been part of, it’s like bringing life back to old homes and meaningless spaces. It’s like conceiving a new beginning, a new story.

I believe that anything we do should not only be rewarding with monetization but also fun. It’s about seeing the potential in a neglected property and then turning it into something beautiful and valuable. This process, this journey of transformation, is what excites me the most.

It’s one of the biggest advantage that I personally enjoy.

Now, on to the other tangible benefits

  1. Is Leverage:
“First up, let’s talk about leverage. In real estate, leverage is a powerful tool that’s not taken advantage of its’ greatest potential.

Imagine, the bank is ready to give you the loan based on your background and qualification. That leverage allows you to use a small amount of your own money to control a much larger asset.

Here’s an easy way to understand this:
It’s like buying a car. When you buy a car, you might put down a part of the price as a down payment and finance the rest. That finance is called the leverage that is available to you based on your background and qualification.

But, unlike real estate, a car typically loses value the moment you drive it off the lot.

Now, apply that concept to real estate, but with a twist. When you put down a part of a property’s price whether it’s 3% or 25%, you’re not just controlling an asset; you’re also investing in something that usually increases in value over time.

So, while a car depreciates, your real estate investment has the potential to appreciate, making your initial small investment grow. This means that your potential for high returns is significantly amplified compared to any other types of purchases.

That’s the power of leverage in real estate!” So take advantage of that while you can.

  1. Resources to Learn:
“Next, there’s no shortage of learning resources. From books to online courses, and channels like this, you have many ways to learn and grow in this field.”

“Simply put, the key is to ask the right questions or follow a comprehensive series of videos like this one.

The reason am creating this series is that, even with no background or knowing nothing about real estate, you should be able to understand everything and go from beginner to a pro investor in a short time.

Learning is key to avoid expensive mistakes.

  1. Safe Investment:
“Real estate is also considered a safe investment. Property values generally increase over time, making it a stable choice compared to more volatile markets in other investments like stocks.”
  2. Quit Your Day Job:
“Dreaming of quitting your 9 to 5? Real estate can be your path to doing just that. With the right investments, there are more than one ways to monetize your property that suits your lifestyle, which we will see more in detail in the future videos. you can generate enough positive cashflow to replace your day job. I wouldn’t say it’s 100% passive income in the first few years, but It can become one day in the future”
  3. Self-Accomplishment:
“Every successful deal or transformation you achieve brings a sense of self-accomplishment. It’s about creating value and seeing tangible results from your efforts.

To me, every property I purchased are the ones that were completely neglected. People did not think there is an opportunity. Many newbie investors who has more leverage power expects, just a straight out of the box profit with no efforts and risks involved. I wish it’s that easy. But it’s’ not.

But when you put in the effort and not give up, it will make you feel accomplished.

Think about this. If it’s not challenging enough, how will you even feel accomplished?

What is easy and mundane can bore you in no time.

Feeling accomplished is definitely an advantage. Not everything has to be related to dollar.”

  1. Life-Long Value:
“Owning property isn’t just about investment. It’s about creating a home, and a better life for you and your loved ones. Your skills and connections can continuously add value to your personal space.

Once you get started in real estate investing, you’ll be able to think different and build your dream home with the resources that is at your disposal”

  1. Rewarding:
“It’s incredibly rewarding, Knowing that your spaces are helping others create memories, or that your renovations have transformed a house into someone’s dream home, is truly fulfilling.

“For instance, I purchased this small commercial space I transformed into a event venue. This space, once plain and unremarkable, and was a burden to the seller, is now a beautiful, intimate setting where people celebrate their most significant life milestones – be it weddings, anniversaries, or other special gatherings. It’s incredibly fulfilling to see a vision of mine not just take physical form, but also become a backdrop for precious, once-in-a-lifetime memories for others.

This kind of transformation extends far beyond a mere financial gain or a successful investment. Like I said earlier, To me, this is immensely significant. There’s a profound sense of accomplishment in knowing that my work has contributed to the happiness and memorable moments of others. This aspect of real estate, where your hard work could impacts lives, is what makes it truly rewarding and far beyond money.”

  1. Generational Wealth:
“Real estate is a pathway to building generational wealth. The assets you accumulate can benefit your family for generations to come.
  2. Confidence and Skills for the Next Generation:
“Lastly, the confidence and skills you gain aren’t just for you. They’re knowledge you can pass on to the next generation, empowering them to build their own success. That could be within your family or anyone you care for”
